Conference Registration:

All participants are required to complete the registration form and submit to the conference office along with the payment. The following registration fees are applicable to the international participants as well as Iranian participants with foreign affiliation.

•  Iranian participants living inside Iran should consider the registrations fees presented in Persian page.

In order to register to the conference and workshops as well as accommodation, tours, and other conference services please complete “registration form” and submit it to smpr@ut.ac.ir with email subject: “Registration: Article Number …… “.

Shortly after submitting registration form, the detailed information regarding to the payment methods will be sent to you. 

Regular registration includes:

• Entry to all sessions
• Attendance at Welcome Reception
• Conference bag
• Certificate of attendance
• A print of final Program
• Digital Copy of Proceedings
• Entry to the Exhibition
• Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee
• Lunches served at the conference venue (6 - 8 Oct.)
• Attendance at the Conference Dinner

Student registration includes:

• Entry to all sessions
• Attendance at Welcome Reception
• Conference bag
• Certificate of attendance
• A print of final Program
• Digital Copy of Proceedings
• Entry to the Exhibition
• Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee
• Lunches served at the conference venue (6 - 8 Oct.)

Workshop registration includes:

• Entry to the registered workshop
• Certificate of attendance
• Digital Copy of workshop materials
• Lunch (05 Oct.)

Terms and Conditions:

• At least one author (corresponding author) must register and pay applicable fee(s) by the deadline (6th Sep.) to have the paper published in conference proceeding and ISPRS Archives.
• Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).
• The cancellation policies regarding to the conference registration and accommodation reservation is explained in registration form in more detail.
